NW Culinary Influencer Chef Thoa Nguyen demos for international chef contingent @ Art Institute of Seattle-School of Culinary Arts

Chef Thoa was invited to demonstrate interesting Pan Asian preparations for visiting chefs and research and development leaders with a US Potato Board Reverse Trade mission.

The Seattle leg of the tour (Oct. 3 and 4) was be based at The Art Institute of Seattle School of Culinary Arts, attendees are from across Asia and Mexico who saw see, tasted and learned about US culinary trends.

The hope is that these leading chefs will go back to their home kitchens and take with them the knowledge and know how that they gathered while in the US, championing US potatoes.
