Opening Sushi Chinoise in Bothell later this year

Last week Chef Nguyen beat Bobby Flay (click to watch show) on Food Network. Thoa defeated Chef/Owner Jason Hippen of Jay’s on Third New Jersey for the opportunity to compete against Food Network Star, Bobby Flay. She then went on to beat Chef Flay with her version of Bibimbap, a Korean rice bowl dish. Her signature Bibimbap dish recipe is here. A busy week for Chef Nguyen, she just also signed a lease for a third restaurant, Sushi Chinoise, opening later this year, in the Beardslee Crossing development in Bothell, WA.

In May of 2015, Chef Thoa competed on the Food Network program, Beat Bobby Flay. She defeated another chef for the opportunity to compete against Bobby Flay. She beat the Food Network star with her version of Bibimbap, a Korean rice bowl dish.
Chef Thoa has just announced she has signed a lease on a new restaurant to open this year, in the Beardslee Crossing development in Bothell, WA.
