Issaquah Highlands will have a noteworthy contemporary dining option for
affordable, healthy, authentic Pan Asian food and specialty cocktails, when Chinoise Sushi Bar & Asian Grill Issaquah
Highlands opens. Chef Thoa Nguyen, a pioneer in West Coast Pan Asian
cuisine, opened her first area restaurant Chinoise Sushi Bar & Asian Grill
in 1996, going on to open and operate additional restaurants since then. (The
Islander, Thoa’ s, multiple Chinoise locations and Wabi-Sabi Sushi Bar &
Restaurant.) This new Chinoise location joins the ever popular Chinoise Café –Queen Anne and the four year
old Wabi-Sabi Sushi Bar & Restaurant located in the Columbia City Neighborhood south of downtown Seattle.
